Working group Future of AICESIS

Brussels, 8 January 2019 – With regard to the preparation for the annual Board Meeting of the International Association of Economic and Social Councils and Similar Institutions (AICESIS), which will be held in Willemstad, Curaçao on 7 March 2019, a technical delegation of the Social-Economic Council (SER) of Curaçao participated in a meeting with the working group on the future of AICESIS on 8 January 2019. Curaçao is member of the Board of AICESIS and is also member of the above mentioned working group, which received an assignment on behalf of the AICESIS Board and the General Assembly to prepare a paper on the future of the International Association of Economic and Social Advisory Councils. The document will serve as a basis for further discussion and positioning during the next Board Meeting.

The working group‘s meeting took place at the head-office of AICESIS in Brussels, Belgium.
