Entre otras materias, los proyectos normativos se refieren a la modificaci\u00f3n de las cuant\u00edas de la asistencia social y del importe m\u00e1ximo de la asistencia social general establecido legalmente.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la reuni\u00f3n, la ministra, acompa\u00f1ada por sus asesores, proporcion\u00f3 al Consejo informaci\u00f3n adicional sobre los antecedentes y objetivos de las propuestas, el marco jur\u00eddico elegido, sus repercusiones financieras y los aspectos relacionados con su ejecuci\u00f3n. Posteriormente, los miembros del SER formularon preguntas aclaratorias e intercambiaron puntos de vista con la ministra.<\/p>\n<p>La explicaci\u00f3n tuvo un car\u00e1cter exclusivamente informativo. Het advies werd uitgebracht op verzoek van de Staten van Cura\u00e7ao.<\/p><p>Het initiatiefvoorstel is afkomstig van de fractie van de MAN in de Staten, die zich hierbij beroept op het recht van initiatief zoals vastgelegd in artikel 77 van de Staatsregeling van Cura\u00e7ao (A.B. 2010, no. 86).
