El Consejo Socioecon\u00f3mico (SER) de Curazao emiti\u00f3 hoy asesoramiento al Parlamento en relaci\u00f3n con la iniciativa de proyecto de ordenanza nacional que modifica la Ordenanza Insular sobre la adquisici\u00f3n por propiedad de viviendas p\u00fablicas en Curazao (A.B. 1962 no.13). Este asesoramiento responde a una petici\u00f3n de los miembros de la fracci\u00f3n del PAR en el Parlamento.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto propuesto pretende cambiar significativamente la ordenanza actual eliminando la tasa de inflaci\u00f3n anual que incrementa el precio de venta de las viviendas de protecci\u00f3n oficial. Este cambio busca crear una v\u00eda m\u00e1s accesible a la adquisici\u00f3n por propiedad de viviendas para los ciudadanos con menos recursos, apoyando objetivos m\u00e1s amplios de justicia social y estabilidad econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa se present\u00f3 en virtud del art\u00edculo 77 de la Constituci\u00f3n de Curazao, que otorga al Parlamento el derecho a proponer al Gobierno proyectos de normativa nacional. El SER evalu\u00f3 detenidamente esta solicitud, teniendo en cuenta aspectos jur\u00eddicos, sociales y econ\u00f3micos para garantizar un impacto positivo en la sociedad.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan los proponentes del proyecto de ley, la adquisici\u00f3n de viviendas en propiedad contribuye a la estabilidad econ\u00f3mica y al fortalecimiento de las estructuras sociales, fomenta la riqueza personal y la participaci\u00f3n comunitaria. bestaande partnerschap met ILO<\/span><\/h1><div><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Willemstad, 2 februari 2024 - Onder voorzitterschap van de Sociaal-Economische Raad (SER) van Cura\u00e7ao vond op woensdag 31 januari jongstleden de eerste buitengewone bestuursvergadering van 2024 plaats van de internationale vereniging van sociaal-economische adviesraden en soortgelijke instellingen (AICESIS). Deze volledig digitale sessie trok vertegenwoordigers uit landen zoals Aruba, Benin, China, Ivoorkust, Frankrijk, Griekenland, Guatemala, Luxemburg, Monaco, de Democratische Republiek Congo, Roemeni\u00eb, Rusland, Senegal, Servi\u00eb, en van de Unie van Afrikaanse Sociaaleconomische Adviescolleges (UCESA), en was gericht op het evalueren van de samenwerking met de Internationale Arbeidsorganisatie (ILO).<\/p><p>Deze samenwerking, die voor het eerst werd beklonken op 8 mei 2012 en vervolgens vernieuwd op 23 oktober 2018 in Gen\u00e8ve, Zwitserland, benadrukt de gedeelde ambitie om gezamenlijke expertise te benutten voor het aanpakken van urgente sociale en arbeidsuitdagingen.<\/p><p>De AICESIS-ILO samenwerkingsovereenkomst, welke om de zes jaar wordt ge\u00ebvalueerd, concentreert zich op belangrijke thema's zoals ge\u00efnstitutionaliseerde sociale dialoog, tripartisme, en het stimuleren van participatieve democratie, in lijn met de VN 2030-agenda en de wereldwijde discussies over de toekomst van werk.<\/p><p>De AICESIS-bestuursvergadering deze week resulteerde in unanieme goedkeuring van een cruciaal rapport, voorgesteld door het Cura\u00e7aose voorzitterschap, dat als leidraad zal dienen voor de toekomstige beoordeling en verdere ontwikkeling van de AICESIS-ILO samenwerking. Het rapport benadrukt de blijvende behoefte aan focus op het Decent Work Agenda en de institutionele versterking van de lid instellingen.<\/p><p>De recente benoeming van SER Cura\u00e7ao als voorzitter van AICESIS markeert de groeiende rol van Latijns-Amerika en het Caribisch gebied op het internationale podium.
