The advisory was issued at the request of the Parliament of Cura\u00e7ao.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal, introduced by the MAN parliamentary faction, invokes the right of legislative initiative as provided under Article 77 of the Constitution of Cura\u00e7ao (A.B. 2010, no. 86). Het advies werd uitgebracht op verzoek van de Staten van Cura\u00e7ao.<\/p><p>Het initiatiefvoorstel is afkomstig van de fractie van de MAN in de Staten, die zich hierbij beroept op het recht van initiatief zoals vastgelegd in artikel 77 van de Staatsregeling van Cura\u00e7ao (A.B. 2010, no. 86).
