Willemstad, 7 december 2023 – De Sociaal-Economische Raad (SER) heeft onlangs het boek \u2018Stop het zwijgen\u2019 in ontvangst genomen. Dit toonaangevende werk, gericht op het stimuleren van integriteit en veiligheid op de werkvloer, is overhandigd aan drs. Raul Henriquez, directeur en algemeen secretaris van de SER. Initiatiefnemers mevrouw Karin Bosman en de heer Frank Peters van Report App, hebben met dit boek een praktische en invloedrijke tool gecre\u00eberd voor leidinggevenden en bestuurders.<\/p>\n

De overhandiging van het boek volgt op een serie initiatieven rondom sociale veiligheid, waaronder de succesvolle Masterclass Sociale veiligheid in Gesprek, ge\u00efnitieerd door Afas Cura\u00e7ao in september dit jaar. Dit evenement bood een platform voor uitwisseling van idee\u00ebn en ervaringen over het belang van een veilige werkplek, wat direct aansluit bij de missie van het boek.<\/p>\n

\u2018Stop het zwijgen\u2019 staat symbool voor een vernieuwende aanpak in het omgaan met werkplekproblematiek. Het combineert de uitgebreide kennis en ervaring van Bosman en Peters met een heldere, toepasbare methodiek. Dit maakt het boek niet alleen een reflectie van hun expertise, maar ook een praktische gids voor het cre\u00ebren van een betere werkomgeving.<\/p>\n

De rol van de SER, als adviesorgaan in sociale en economische vraagstukken, is essentieel in het verspreiden van de boodschap van \u2018Stop het zwijgen\u2019. Het boek dient als een cruciale leidraad voor leiders die een transparante en veilige werkomgeving nastreven.
