SER establishes the updated Reglement van Orde<\/span><\/h1>\n

On 10 July 2020, the Social and Economic Council (SER) established an updated Reglement van Orde<\/em> (RvO). The updated RvO regulates the way SER functions taking into consideration the law amendments and developments since the transition date of 10 October 2010. With this, the new RvO replaced the regulation of 2009 when the SER was a permanent advisory body then in the former country of the Netherlands Antilles.<\/p>\n

The updated RvO of the SER is in accordance with the stipulation in article 21 of the Ordinance of advisory body, \u00a0Landsverordening adviescolleges (A.B. 2010, no. 87, bijlage g)<\/a> and the articles 6,9,10, 11,12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 of the Landsverordening Sociaal Economische Raad (A.B. 2010, no. 87, annex p) <\/a>as amended by Publicatieblad 2017, no. 70.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

In the updated RvO are included new terms of convocation of the SER\u2019s meeting, a new form of reporting is introduced and there is the possibility that meetings could be held in a virtual way under exceptional circumstances.<\/p>\n
