Willemstad, Nov. 15, 2023 \u2013 In a landmark development for global economic and social dialogue, the Social and Economic Council (SER) of Cura\u00e7ao has taken the helm of the International Association of Economic and Social Councils and Similar Institutions (AICESIS) as its president, effective Nov. 1, 2023.
